- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr Parsons has been my children's pediatrician for ever. Years ago my son became very ill and she not only correctly diagnosed him, she personally called us to see how he was doing. Today he had a routine physical. The thing that blew my mind was that his blood pressure was a bit high. Any other Dr. I have seen would have said "no problem, we will check it again". Then after the Dr. pompously gavottes out of the room, the nurse would appear and retest. NOT Dr Parsons. SHE took the blood pressure. I told her "Dr Parsons, I mean this as a compliment. I HAVE NEVER SEEN A Dr. DO A BLOOD PRESSURE TEST!!" So looked at me, smiled and said "Yep, I still remember how to do it! She is smart, and just a damn fine doctor.January 02, 2017by Will Hohenstein
